The imaginative Cleo (Marleen Lohse) feels a very special affinity for her hometown of Berlin. But her deepest desire is to be able to turn back time - with the aid of a magic clock which has been missing since it was stolen during a 1920s robbery. She hopes this clock would help undo the death of her parents.
